I have a love/hate relationship with snow. Yes, it can be beautiful and sparkling and lovely. But it is also wet and cold and sloppy and makes our lives in the city very complicated. I created this page after spending a couple of hours yesterday shoveling out our driveway.
Can we move on the spring now???
I love your Snow painting. It is beautiful. I love the writing on the letters and your snow actually looks very inviting to play in.

I have not see snow that much in my little southern life but I can imagine that it could get old---and slushy! This is a wonderful page!!!
ReplyDeleteYou've poured your feelings into the snow :-) I love it. We've been doing a lot of shoveling lately, too. Basically it's our only form of exercise of late, so we're not complaining.
ReplyDeleteGreat reminder of the blessings of shoveling snow, Kathleen!
ReplyDeleteAnd there's another blessing that your driveway is nothing like OUR driveway! (Three inches of snow takes 90 minutes to clear ... when we got 9 inches, I gave up and made snowmen instead.) I love your artwork ... so creative, so festive, so heartwarming!
